Laundry Handling & Liability Policy

At Wet Cat Laundromat, we care about your clothes and your experience. To ensure consistency, safety, and quality for all our customers, we’ve outlined the following service policies:

Special-Care & Dry Clean Items

We do not currently offer dry cleaning. Items labeled "dry clean only" or requiring special care should not be included in wash and fold orders. If they are included, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during normal processing. Please separate and clearly mark any delicate items you wish handled differently.

Stain Removal

Stain removal is not included with our wash & fold service unless specified. If you have items that need stain attention:

• Place them in a separate bag, clearly marked

• Or use the “notes” section when placing your order to provide specific instructions

Due to the high volume of laundry we process, we cannot inspect every item for stains unless you specifically request it.

Lost or Missing Items

While we take care with every order, we are not liable for lost items. If you believe something is missing, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to locate it. If it’s confirmed that the item was lost in our care, we’ll work with you on a resolution.

Items Left in Pockets

Please check all pockets before pickup or dropoff. We are not responsible for personal items left in clothing, including but not limited to:

• Pens
• Lip balm
• Electronics
• Lighters, etc.

These items can be damaged or cause damage during the wash cycle.

Hazardous Material Fee

A $20 hazard handling fee will be added to any order containing urine, feces, blood (excluding menstrual blood), or items with strong odors (such as mildew, smoke, or pet urine). This fee covers the extra sanitation and odor treatment required to safely and effectively process the laundry while keeping our machines and staff protected.

Liability Notice

All laundry is processed at the customer’s own risk. By using our services, you agree to the policies outlined above.
